Sundance Car Wash & Express Lube at 420 Pioneer Avenue, Woodland, California.

Went from $50 online to $127, out the door. First increase to $85 (synthetic oil) was fair, so I signed. Then came $12 up charge for larger oil volume than anticipated, then $15 upcharge different filter type, then $10 tax and state fee (last 2 I understand.) Just felt taken advantage of, not the way to do business.

The Express Lube place was different, I have been going there for years! The older gentleman there was in such a bad mood. Not sure if he was having a bad day or that's the usual?? Hope not. I have a car wash to use in the next week but will not be going back there for oil changes to avoid this guy. It was that bad, abrupt and harsh in speaking and sets the tone for every customer that comes in there!!! Just saying, get an attitude adjustment fella. There are plenty of other places to go to. I refuse to be treated like I am an unvalued customer anywhere! I am in the field of providing services to individuals and no one should have to endure that behavior when paying for services. Hope the owner see's this and makes some changes. : (

Horrible Customer Service. I recently went into the car wash and brought my 5 free car wash card that I purchased at Sundance, admittedly over a year ago. They told me they no longer accept them... There is no expiration date on the card nor should there be for a service card purchased in California. I had used it once and then it got buried in a drawer... Anyway, I never was rude and merely said I would report them to the better business bureau for not honoring their card. Apparently that made the manager angry that I had threatened his business and he got was so flustered that he went out to tell them to stop washing my car ( I had already paid the full price for the car wash)... They issued a refund and tossed me out of their store... Very poor customer service... I simply drove over to Sparkles and got only the best treatment, fast courteous service and a great car wash... I urge all of you that have been refused the use of cards that you paid for to file a grievance with the Better Business Bureau and press the issue until they honor their obligation.
